Vivian has a passion for Real Estate and helping clients achieve their home buying and selling goals. She has been in the real estate industry for over 28 years, and a top performing agent at Keller Williams Classic Realty NW in Maple Grove, MN for 15 of those years. Vivian has extensive knowledge and experience in the Plymouth, St. Michael, Rogers, Otsego, Maple Grove, Champlin, and Minneapolis Metro areas.

As a Wisconsin native, with an upper Midwest mentality and work ethic, this seasoned real estate professional recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations. In her free time, Vivian participates in rescuing abandoned house rabbits and providing rabbit care education for the locally based Rabbit Rescue of Minnesota non-profit. She also enjoys watching her youngest daughter Alexa play Goalie with her Tier 1 development hockey team, working out, and spending quality time with her older two daughters Darian and Talia.

Since the age of 19 she began to develop her love for real estate. It was one of those situations where a bad landlord made her determined to set a higher standard for any other renters out there. After becoming an investment property owner at the young age of 21, her passion for real estate exploded.

After graduating from UWS, in Business Administration, Marketing and Accounting, she spent years purchasing investment properties on a part time basis. After her youngest daughter was born, she decided to take on real estate full-time.

Vivian works with both buyers and sellers and truly enjoys working with buyers looking for new construction homes. She works hand and hand with a large variety of local builders, where she is a trusted advisor and highly referred agent where she represents the buyer’s best interest while they are going through the new construction process. She also assists the buyer with selling their home to move on to their new construction home (she has become quite the master in the tandem move). With years of experience in place, Vivian and her team have defined steps and procedures to seamlessly assist their buyer/sellers through a less stressful, more process-oriented move.
